Small dusty room. Breakfast was ok exept for the coffee they served. No information in the room about facilities in the hotel. When asked about ironing the answer we got was" we don't have that". We expected a bit more from a hotel we paid € 270 a night.

The service defiantly can be better. It is not close to 4 star hotel at all although the suiet is nice and clean but you feel as you are in a furnished apartment. The location is excellent.

A well located hotel conveniently situated alongside the vaparetto stop. An absolute bonus overlooking the Grand Canal and Rialto market. A relaxed atmosphere with helpful/attentive staff. Would certainly consider returning.
The only minor downside was that there was no bar service after 9.00pm.

The location. The hotel is just in front of C'adoro water shuttle, 10 minutes away from San Marco Square.
1.The hotel has no room service (unbelievable, taken in consideration that everything closes at 10-10:30pm). 2. The staff was rude, not speacking nicely at all when given information. 3. Breakfast was rich, but not a 4 star quality.

Great location just in the middle of the city. Exellent views from the rooms on the Grand Canal. Very friendly stuff. Luxurious furniture.

Room was very comfortable with views on to garden area & able to see the Grand Canal. Ideally situated between the station & Rialto Bridge. Very good deal.
Italian strike with the Vaporetta so walked in the pouring rain to the hotel!
